Quality & regulatory

Compliance built into every shipment

From JFDA registration to cold-chain storage, quality is monitored at every stage of the supply chain.

Regulatory affairs

A dedicated registration team of 7 pharmacists maintains direct relationships with the Jordan Food & Drug Administration, managing product registration and renewal for every principal we represent.

Certified quality

SSDS is ISO certified and fully compliant with Jordanian Ministry of Health guidelines, with continuous internal review of operations and documentation.

Cold-chain management

Temperature-controlled storage and transport follow USP standards — refrigerated storage between 2–8°C and frozen storage from -20°C to -10°C where required.

Warehousing

Ten warehouses exceeding 1,500 sqm combined, insured and climate-controlled, with dedicated refrigeration capacity for temperature-sensitive products.

Why it matters

Regulatory standing is a competitive advantage

Being one of only ten national drug stores recognized in Jordan is not just a licensing detail — it reflects a sustained record of regulatory compliance that institutional buyers, including the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defense, rely on when awarding tenders.

Every product entering the SSDS network is tracked from JFDA registration through to cold-chain-controlled delivery, giving suppliers confidence that their products are handled to international standards once they reach Jordan.
